Hope you have all been enjoying the lovely weather! I have been taking every opportunity to get outside(when I'm not stuck in my windowless office 9am-5pm!)

Lady Bug Says ... A Much Overdue Catch Up!

Well good evening all! It has been a while since I have done an outfit post, or any post actually! So a little catch up of whats been going on in my world!

Firstly here is my outfit from Friday.

Saturday daytime was spent having a wander around the shops and getting ready for the evening ahead!

Saturday night was my friends hen party, with the fancy dress theme of army(her fiance is an army boy)

I had a nice afternoon getting ready for the evening ahead so decided to attempt camouflage print nails, they are not brilliant but I am quite impressed with my effort considering I had never tried it before!

The nail varnishes I used were a pastel green from M&S Pastel Mini Collection, Barry M Lemon Ice Cream & Collection 2000 Hot Looks No 9 Catwalk.

We had a fab night, lots of cocktails, shots, dares and hen party games!

And finally my hungover Sunday outfit! I spent the day mainly recovering and going to the Dad's in the evening for a Father's Day meal.

Lady Bug Says ... Sunshine Garden

Afternoon Ladies!

I decided to do a post that is a little different today. I have the day off work so have been lounging around in the garden soaking up the sun and admiring the garden. Now, my Mother will tell you that I am not a green fingered person, so I am very proud of my efforts!

When we moved into our house in November this is what we called our 'garden' or more commonly known as the mud pit!

7 months later this is what we have created! Now I cannot take all the credit, the Mr is responsible for shed building/deck laying/ flower bed construction/ lighting. But I did help with turfing and did alot of the planting.

Being a 'stick it in the ground and hope it grows' kinda person I am very proud of all the pretty growing things!

I grew lilies! From bulbs! and there are alive and pretty!

No idea what these are but thought they looked nice!

Lady Bug Says ... Cloudy Skies

Evening ladies! Hope you have all had a fabby weekend! Mine was spent cycling in the sun(stopping at the pub midway) on Saturday and having a pajama day on Sunday :)

I rediscovered this necklace whilst organising my jewellery. I is a piece I had forgotten about and thought of as a bit big to wear during the day. But after trying it on it is a lot smaller and more casual than I remembered it being! I picked it up in a little jewellery shop in my favourite little village in France, everytime I visit I pick something new up from there!
